M7324, M7310 or T7316 Program Overlay

This Template can be used to Program any Nortel System



NOTE-**** When you enter Programming Mode there are 3 ARROWS that light up. The overlay relates to these arrows****

M7208 Overlay

This Template can be used only on the Nortel 616 or 3x8 Systems

Time And Date change for CICS or MICS (newer systems)

Press Feature or Grey button above Hold on T7316 Handset

Press **266344

Screen Shows: Password

Enter: 266344

Screen will display " Terminals & Sets"

Press "NEXT" button until the screen displays: "Time & Date"

Press "SHOW" button

Screen will display "Hour:__

To change the hour Press the "CHANGE" button below the Display. then enter the hour (ex: 01, 10, 12)

Screen will prompt you to choose AM or PM

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display "MINUTES:___

To change the minutes Press the "CHANGE" button below the Display. then enter the minute (ex: 01 ,25, 59)

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display "YEAR:___

To change the Year Press the "CHANGE" button below the Display. then enter the Year (ex: 07)

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display "Month:___

To change the Month Press the "CHANGE" button below the Display. then enter the Month (ex: 01, 07, 11)

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display "DAY:___

To change the Day Press the "CHANGE" button below the Display. then enter the Day (ex: 01, 07, 30)

Press the orange Rls button or The orange button beside the HOLD button on the T7316 set

This will change the time and date on all of your phones

Time And Date change for 3x8, 6-16 or 8x24(older systems)

NOTE-**** When you enter Programming Mode there are

Press Feature or Grey button above Hold on T7316 Handset

Press **23646

Screen Shows: Password

Enter: 23646

Screen will display " 1. Sys speed dial"

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display " 2. Names"

Press the "NEXT" button

Screen will display " 3. Time & Date"

Press "SHOW" button

Screen will display " Time 16:24 " (or your current time)

Press "CHANGE" button

Once you have pressed the "CHANGE" button the hour is erased, enter the new hour

Press "NEXT" button

Press "CHANGE" button

Once you have pressed the "CHANGE" button the minutes are erased, enter the new minutes

Press "NEXT" button

Press the orange Rls button or The orange button beside the HOLD button on the T7316 set

This will change the time and date on all of your phones

Mailbox Changes (locked Mailbox)

You have to use either an M7324, M7310 or T7316 set to Program your Voicemail

Press Feature or Grey button above Hold on T7316 Handset

Press 983

Enter your System Administrator mailbox and password

1020000 or 1021234 for 3 digit telephone extensions

120000 or 121234 for 2 digit telephone extensions

for people with extensions longer than 3 digits, add an extra 0 between the 1 & 2 (ex: 4 digit would be 10020000)

Press "MBOX"

Press "CHNG"

Enter the mailbox number (usually same as extension number)

If you want to change the Password press "reset"

Press "NEXT"

This will change the locked mailboxes password to 0000

Press the orange Rls button or The orange button beside the HOLD button on the T7316 set

This will UNLOCK the mailbox, their new password will be 0000
